Job Description: HR Manager
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources within our organization. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and programs, managing employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and a deep understanding of HR best practices.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee benefits, compensation, and career development.
- Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans.
- Coordinate and deliver training programs on various HR topics, ensuring compliance with training requirements.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies, and keep abreast of changes in labor laws and HR best practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee data, personnel files, and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data.
- Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional HR certification is a plus).
- Proven experience in HR management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with HRIS and other HR-related software.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Knowledge of training and development principles and practices.
