Position Overview: We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and prospecting new clients, building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets. You will represent our company’s products or services, provide product knowledge and demonstrations, negotiate sales contracts, and contribute to the growth of our business. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to thrive in a target-oriented environment.


  • Identify and develop new leads and prospects through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to prospective customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives set by the company.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities to identify sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer service, to support sales efforts and enhance customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer information, sales activities, and pipeline management.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to represent the company and promote products or services.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay informed about new features or offerings.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B (business-to-business) environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of self-motivation.
  • Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and sales tools.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends related to the company’s products or services.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
