Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing our company’s social media presence, creating engaging content, building and engaging with the online community, and analyzing social media metrics to optimize performance. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive brand awareness and engagement.


  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
  • Create and curate compelling content for social media platforms, including text, image, and video content.
  • Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
  • Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and design, to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Conduct social media listening and monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Analyze social media metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices, and propose innovative strategies to enhance our social media presence.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Stay informed about relevant legal and ethical considerations related to social media and ensure compliance.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Strong knowledge of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms to schedule posts, track performance, and analyze metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
  • Creativity and a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
  • Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize social media performance.
  • Familiarity with social media advertising and paid campaigns.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with community management and online engagement.
  • Knowledge of copyright and privacy laws as they relate to social media.
